I went to Kettering to get my RN. I worked at Monument Valley Hospital for a summer in 74, then went to work in the respiratory ICU at Loma Linda, CA.

Married Arny Meert Feb 20, 1977 in Detroit, Michigan, but lived in Loma Linda, CA. Kami Annette 4 yrs old, and Kristin Jon 2 1/2 were wedding presents to me.

Brian Eric was born in 78, and Becky Anne was born in 82. We moved to Sacramento in 79, and have lived in the same house in Citrus Heights, CA for 25+ years.

I worked for a nursing registry in Sacramento for about 5 years when we first moved here.

Kristin Jon died in 1993 of leukemia.

Kami Annette is married to Vance Schmidt, live in Aurora, Colorado and have 2 children, Mason 5 yrs old, and Jesica is 3 years old. They have just moved into a new house.

Brian Eric is working in LA for Panda Software and is about to get his first condo there. Yea, I'll give him my older furniture so I can get some new furniture!!

Becky Anne is graduating from Walla Walla College in June 2005 in Communications, and she would like to be a student missionary this next year.

I am a currently a Creative Memories Consultant. I help people to get their photos into albums to enjoy for years to come. If you need help, check out my website!!!

Arny & I just returned from a Maranatha Mission Trip to Peru with the Carmichael church here in Sacramento. We built a church in Pisac, Peru. I helped with the building, was the church site nurse, and helped with VBS.

I LOVE taking photos, and putting them in albums for my family to enjoy.

I LOVE to travel !!! I went to Russia last year, and visited my pen-pal of 40+ years in Brazil this March.

I have been on Mission Trips to Mexico, South America, Dominican Republic, and Peru.

I just walked in a 5 K Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" for breast cancer May 7, 2005 here in Sacramento. My life was touched by breast cancer in 2001. I lost one of my " twin towers" on Sept 11, 2001 too! After chemo, I found out that it is very cold without hair, especially in the winter.

I have been reminded that life is for living, and to enjoy it each and every day!
I wish you God's Blessings to all of you!
