I became a Registered Nurse in 1964, graduating from Hinsdale Hosp. School of Nursing. I practiced nursing for 25 years working in pediatrics and in newborn and special care nurseries; I also practiced in Public Health. In 1989 I changed careers and graduated from Western Mich. Univ. with a masters degree in clinical social work. I worked in a home-based program called Infant Mental Health. I had three children: Kevin, born in 1965, Michelle born in 1967 and Daniel born in 1970. I retired a couple years ago and soon after started my own practice. I do contract work in a local Infant Mental Health program. My husband, Steve, is retired. In the winters we enjoy vacationing in Florida. We also have a cottage in the Upper Peninsula on Lake Michigan that we enjoy visiting in the summers. We attend the Ithaca SDA church. We both have duties there. I also have volunteered in our church school. We enjoy travelling and being with family and friends. We have seven grand-children that we love to spend time with. I enjoy reading, writing , collecting vintage dolls and scrap-booking . I would love to re-connect with all my A.A. classmates. We just had a wonderful time at the A.A. alumni weekend. Am looking forward to our 50th. Reunion.
