My brother (Guy) Kurt Ebeling, Jr was having heart problems, they finaly put in a pace-maker, but he developed a blood clot and died 4 days after surgery on Sept 12, 2010. Guy Kurt Ebeling passed away peacefully on September 12, 2010. Kurt grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan. He spent two years in the US Army in Washington D.C., completed college at Andrews University in 1972 and moved to California in 1973 to work for White Memorial Medical Center. Kurt worked for T.S.T Inc. in the city of Fontana, California as an accountant controller. Kurt was also in charge of the MIS department. He enjoyed working on, building, and repairing computers. Kurt got his Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a majored in accounting. He has been in business administration/ accounting for twenty years. Kurt loved the out doors, water skiing, hiking, camping, snow skiing. Kurt skied national patrol for three years. He enjoyed walks along the beach, scuba diving, and he also enjoyed photography with his father where they worked together in the basement. Kurt did freelance photography while in college. Kurt also enjoyed other things like fine dining, theater, play, movies and quiet evenings at home. Kurt had a love for roses and orchids and he was a member of the Magic Castle. He loved animals of all kinds. During his late teens to his early twenties, he was a camp counselor & swim instructor. He was in search & rescue with divers for a time. He also held a private pilots license and a blasck belt in Judo. Kurt is survived by his loving daughter Lisa Ann Ebeling of Oregon and his sister Arlene Alexander. He was preceded in death by his father Guy K. Ebeling Sr., his mother Phyllis A. ( Knickerbocker ) Ebeling and his brother Karl Eugene Ebeling.

I attended AA from 1972 - 1976. It is a treat to be able to access this website on my work computer since my company has most everything else blocked. I look forward to catching up with a few of my past classmates at the next reunion.
